  1. Apr 01,  · Misspelled "Sweet Leaf" as "Sweet Life" on back of cover. Transitional copy, released in when Black Sabbath moved on to WWA-records. This very early WWA issues came in the latest Vertigo spaceship-labeled box style cover with a pink lettering and the misspelled "Sweet Life", rather than the dark purple lettering on the box sleeve/5(11).
  2. 'Master of Reality' was Black Sabbath's most polished album at the time of it's release. From the residual cough that opens 'Sweet Leaf' (a tongue-in-cheek love song to a certain medicinal herb), to the last screaming echo of 'Into the Void'- 'Master of Reality' broke new ground for the band, while helping to further refine their unique sound/5().
  3. Track titles are printed on labels in upper-case text (unlike Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality). The spacing of the track titles/credits on the labels is slightly more condensed than the similar Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality.4/5(2).

  7. The original UK pressing on Vertigo is a relatively straight forward, simple design, but this record certainly has the most alterations and variations in comparison to any other Sabbath LP cover. The original UK pressing has a black sleeve, with “Black Sabbath” in purple, and then “Master Of Reality” embossed below it.
